RABBIT GROWERS ASSOCIATION
The Tri-State Rabbit Growers Association is an
Alabama corporation, comprised of approximately
300 producers scattered across Alabama, with a
small number of members in Mississippi and
Tennessee. The organization promotes rabbit meat
for consumption, seeks improvements in feed
quality and stock, and encourages individuals to
enter the commercial rabbit production business.
The members’ stock is processed at USDA and
state licensed facilities and made available to
grocery stores, wholesalers and brokerage
houses.
